Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a composition for lowering the heart rate, the composition including lactic acid bacteria belonging to the genus Lactobacillus. [Solution] The heart rate in a subject is lowered by causing the subject to ingest a composition that includes lactic acid bacteria belonging to the genus Lactobacillus.
