The present invention is a composition for a nonaqueous secondary battery functional layer, in which surface tension S30 at 30°C and surface tension S50 at 50°C are such that condition (1) (S30–S50) < 5mN/m, and condition (2) 30 mN/m ≤ S30 ≤ 50 mN/m, and the viscosity at 30°C is 1 to 50 mPa•s.
