Abstract:
Provided is a food/beverage composition in which the astringent taste derived from chlorogenic acid or an analogue thereof is suppressed and the fresh fragrance inherent to the food/beverage is noticeable. The food/beverage composition contains: (A) 0.050-20 mass% of chlorogenic acid or an analogue thereof; and (B) one or more selected from Leu-Pro and cyclo(Leu-Pro), wherein the mass ratio of component (B) to component (A) [(B)/(A)] is from 0.03×10-4 to 100×10-4, and the solid content is 2.0 mass% or more.
