Abstract:
The invention relates to rejuvenescence pharmacology and is used for correcting age-related changes of a human endocrine system. The sense of the invention lies in a composition for correcting certain edge-related endocrine changes and in a method for producing a pharmaceutical form base thereon. Each composition is embodied in the from of a mixture containing a substance exhibiting hormonal or hormone-like activity selected from a group: C21- or C19- steroids, pregnenolone, 17-hydroxypergnenolone, DGEA, progesterone, testosterone or a vegetable hormone-like substance at a certain ratio, wherein the mixture of the hormonal and hormone-like activity substances or the vegetable hormone-like substance with a nettle root extract can also contain a velvet antlers extract and/ or a ginseng extract, a methanol dry big-sting nettle extract and, wherein the vegetable hormone-like substances can be embodied in the form of a diosgenin or protodioscine. In one variant, said composition is embodied in the form of the mixture of a dry ginseng root extract and a dry big-sting nettle extract. The inventive method for producing said pharmaceutical form consists in mixing an active component, a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and suitable adjuvants in the efficient quantity thereof. Said invention extends the range of natural agents which make it possible to correct the age-related hormonal changes in the human organism.
