Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a fusion protein comprising an antibody, or antigen binding fragment thereof: that hinds a tumor antigen; and a target polypeptide. In one aspect the present disclosure provides a fusion protein comprising an antibody, or antigen binding fragment thereof that binds a tumor antigen; a target polypeptide; and a half-life extension polypeptide. In some embodiments, a fusion protein comprises at least a first linker. In some embodiments, a fusion protein compares at least a first linker and a second linker, Fusion proteins and their use in treating subjects having cancer are described.
