Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a computation processing device and a computation processing device control method wherein processing efficiency has been increased while minimizing the scale of circuitry. A vector register (111A) has a plurality of element registers (113A), and a plurality of computation values are respectively stored in the element registers (113A), one per each. A product-sum computer (112A) generates a first selection value on the basis of inputted element data, acquires, on the basis of the first selection value, a first computation value from among the computation values stored in the element registers (113A), and acquires a computation result on the basis of the first computation value.
