Abstract:
This computer system holds a GCNN including at least one convolutional layer and at least one pooling layer. The pooling layer executes computations to transform a graph. The computer system manages transformation rules for graphs in the pooling layer and an evaluation rule for evaluating information deterioration associated with graph transformation, executes processing to determine computations of the pooling layer of the GCNN if a graph has been inputted, and inputs the graph to the GCNN including the pooling layer, which performs the computations determined by the processing, thereby calculating an output. In the processing, with regard to a graph transformed on the basis of the transformational rules, an evaluation index is calculated on the basis of evaluation rules, and the computation of the pooling layer is determined on the basis of the evaluation index.
