Abstract:
Disclosed are a connection structure of a porous surface structure (21) and a substrate (23), a preparation method for the connection structure, and a prosthesis (1). A composite body (2A) comprises the porous surface structure (21) and an intermediate (22) which are connected in advance or are integrally formed; the substrate (23) is connected to the intermediate (22) to achieve connection between the composite body (2A) and the substrate (23); the composite body (2A) comprises a first composite region corresponding to a first stiffness; a remaining composite region, other than the first composite region, in the composite body (2A) at least comprises a second composite region corresponding to a second stiffness; the first stiffness is less than the second stiffness, the composite body (2A) and the substrate (23) are tightly connected, and the mechanical properties of the substrate (23) are maintained; and the artificial implant prosthesis (1) can be guaranteed to have an excellent bone in-growth performance, and the strength of the substrate (23) is not substantially affected.
