Abstract:
A connector for underwater connection is disclosed. The disclosed connector comprises: a first insulator having a plurality of holes; a plurality of pins inserted into each of the plurality of holes; and a second insulator formed on the outer part of the first insulator, wherein the first insulator includes: a protruding part that additionally protrudes from a predetermined point of the first insulator; and a non-protruding part that does not protrude from the predetermined point, and the pins, inserted into the holes formed at the non-protruding part, protrude from the non-protruding part. The disclosed connector can maintain good insulation between the plurality of pins during underwater connection, and can prevent misconnection of an operator and minimize the influence of water pressure.
