Abstract:
A welding and heat treatment method for an in-wall pipe in a tower boiler mainly comprises the following steps: vertically dividing, from left to right, an in-wall pipe bundle (3) into a first station (11), a second station (12), a closing station (15), a third station (13), and a fourth station (14); welding a vertical in-wall pipe to both a left side and a right side of a boundary between the first station (11) and the second station (12), and welding a vertical in-wall pipe to both a left side and a right side of a boundary between the third station (13) and the fourth station (14); welding, from bottom to top, a horizontal in-wall pipe at the closing station (15); and preheating a welded position of the in-wall pipe bundle (3) by means of flame heating, and performing heat treatment on the welded position of the in-wall pipe bundle (3) by means of electric heating. The method improves the process of in-wall welding and adopts a new approach to heat treatment methods for a welded position, thereby improving construction efficiency, reducing construction costs, and resolving the issue in which performing welding and heat treatment on an in-wall pipe in a tower boiler is difficult.
