Abstract:
The invention is a life consultation system (1) wherein a consultation provider receives a life consultation by telephone from a consultation user, and responds to same. Said consultation system is configured from: consultation provider registration means (12, 13, 18) that receive, preregister and publish an attribute of the consultation provider, said attribute being published on a web platform; consultation application receiving means (14, 18) that from a terminal (3) of the consultation user, via a telecommunication line network (2), receive a consultation application from the consultation user, said consultation application containing a specification of the consultation provider, and containing a reservation date/time for the consultation; a two-party voice communication control means (15) that at the reservation date/time for the consultation, outputs a voice communication command to a two-party voice communication system (5) and establishes voice communication between the consultation user and the consultation provider; and consultation provider evaluation means (16, 18) that receive an evaluation of the consultation provider, said evaluation having been created by the consultation user, said evaluation being based on the result of the voice communication between the consultation user and the consultation provider, and reflect said evaluation in an evaluation of the consultation provider, said evaluation of the consultation provider being contained in the attribute.
