Abstract:
A container for storing an electronic component according to the present invention comprises: a container body for storing an electronic device inside a recessed portion (1b) constituted by a bottom plate (1) and a lateral wall (2) surrounding the central part of the bottom plate (1) in a polygonal shape; and an input and output terminal (3) that is mounted through the lateral wall (2) at only two sides of the lateral wall (2) from one side (2b) to another side (2c) adjacent to the one side of the lateral wall (2), the input and output terminal (3) having an insulating body and a conductor (4) passing through the insulating body to electrically connect the inside and outside of the lateral wall (2). Provided are a container for storing an electronic component and an electronic device which allow for a reduction in the amount of space needed for attachment and a reduction in size.
