Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a preparation method for a nickel/nickel-containing nitride composite electrode. The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing a nickel-containing substrate, sequentially forming a nickel-containing layer and an aluminum-containing layer on the surface of the nickel-containing substrate, subjecting the substrate with the nickel-containing layer and the aluminum-containing layer to a heat treatment in an inert or reducing atmosphere, treating the heat-treated substrate by using an alkali liquor to remove aluminum, washing and drying the substrate from which aluminum has been removed, and then subjecting same to a nitriding treatment, so as to obtain a nickel/nickel-containing nitride composite electrode. Further provided in the present application are a nickel/nickel-containing nitride composite electrode and the use thereof. In the present application, the nickel/nickel-containing nitride composite electrode has a stable structure, the crystal lattices of nickel are gradually converted into nickel nitride along with the introduction of nitrogen atoms, the surface of the electrode has a high activity, and the electrode can stably run in a non-acid environment for a long time, such that the stability of an application system is effectively improved, the efficiency of the system is enhanced, and the energy consumption of the system is reduced.
