Abstract:
A continuous quantitative spraying structure for fruit postharvest sterilization, comprising a track. Trays for conveying fruits are provided on the track at equal intervals, each tray comprises an annular tray body, and a middle hole allowing fruits to fall is formed in the middle of the tray body; two supporting rollers which are parallel to each other and can swing up and down synchronously are provided at the bottom of the middle hole; a flipping plate capable of swinging is provided on the bottom surface of the inner side of the tray body, and the inner end of a middle shaft of each supporting roller penetrates through the flipping plate and is fixedly connected to a roller; a bearing is provided between each supporting roller and the flipping plate, and a bearing is provided between the outer end of each supporting roller and the bottom surface of the outer side of the tray body. The track is provided with a spraying sterilization section, 3-4 groups of sterilization nozzles are sequentially provided above a tray conveying route in the spraying sterilization section, and a liquid return groove is formed below the sterilization spraying section; a rolling belt attached to the roller and driving the roller to roll is provided above the roller in the spraying sterilization section, and the rolling belt and the track are provided in parallel. According to the structure, fruits are driven to roll on the tray by means of the rotatable supporting rollers, a sterilization agent is accurately sprayed to all the side faces of the fruits, excessive use of the sterilization agent is avoided, and energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
