Title:
CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/089780
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to easily detect an unauthorized access, such as a DoS attack, that disturbs the operation of a control device or a network by applying an excessive load to a resource. A control device according to the present invention is provided with: a measurement unit that measures the physical state of a single electronic component in a measurement cycle; a recording unit that records, in association with the measurement cycle and in the form of a model waveform, the physical state of the electronic component, which is in a normal state, during an execution period and/or in a standby state of an arbitrary operation program; and a detection unit that adds, for each specific period during the execution period or in the standby state of the arbitrary operation program, an absolute value of a difference between the physical state of the electronic component measured by the measurement unit in association with the measurement cycle during the execution period or in the standby state of the operation program and the physical state, in the model waveform recorded in the recording unit, corresponding to the measurement cycle in which said physical state has been measured, and that determines whether or not the added value exceeds a predefined determination threshold with respect to an unauthorized access that disturbs an operation of a control device or a network by applying an excessive load to a resource.
