Abstract:
A control device for a motor according to the present invention comprises a position detector (107), a feed-forward controller (101), a predistorter (102), a feedback controller (103), a vibration suppression controller (104), a torque controller (105), a torque estimator (108), and an adjustment calculator (109). A manipulated-variable command value, acquired by adding a feed-forward manipulated variable and a feedback manipulated variable, is input into the vibration suppression controller (104). The vibration suppression controller (104) outputs an actual manipulated-variable command value responsive to the input manipulated-variable command value. The torque controller (105) controls the manipulated variable generated by the motor so that the manipulated variable generated by the motor matches the actual manipulated-variable command value. The adjustment calculator (109) adjusts the transmission characteristics of the predistorter (102) to match the transfer characteristics from the manipulated-variable command value to the manipulated variable.
