Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of welding and, more specifically, to control of a thermal welding cycle during multilayer laser welding of fixed annular butt joints in a narrow-gap preparation with a surfacing wire. A method for control of a thermal cycle of multiple-pass laser welding of annular butt joints, comprising feeding in a filler wire and subjecting the latter to continuous laser radiation, is characterized in that the multilayer laser welding is carried out in a narrow-gap preparation. The technical result which can be produced when carrying out the present invention consists in more accurately controlling thermal welding cycles for producing an advantageous structural state of a joint and of a heat-affected near-weld area of a weld joint, for reducing the quantity of solidification structures and for achieving the desired values of hardness and impact toughness.
