Abstract:
In a cooking assistance method that makes it possible to suitably assist in cooking, a first image pertaining to a first cooking step in which a cooking operation is performed using a cooking plate (11) is displayed on an output device (20) (step Sc1,; the load applied to the cooking plate (11) is acquired at a first temporal resolution while the first image is being displayed (step Sc2), the first image displayed on the output device (20) is replaced with a second image pertaining to a second cooking step in which a cooking operation different from that in the first cooking step is performed using the cooking plate (11) (step Sc3), the temporal resolution used in acquiring the load is switched from the first temporal resolution to a second temporal resolution when the first image is replaced by the second image (step Sc4), and the load applied to the cooking plate (11) is acquired at the second temporal resolution while the second image is being displayed (step Sc5).
