Abstract:
A cooking utensil, comprising a cooker body (1), an outer cooker (2), a draining and steaming assembly (3), a pressure regulation assembly (4), a cooker lid (5) and a heating member (6), wherein the outer cooker (2) is arranged in the cooker body (1), and an outer cooker edge (21) is provided with air guide holes (100). The draining and steaming assembly (3) comprises an inner cooker (31) and an inner cooker sealing ring (32), the inner cooker (31) being detachably arranged in the outer cooker (2) and forming a pressure chamber (20) with the outer cooker (2). A sealing portion (321) on the inner cooker sealing ring (32) is located on the radial outer sides of the air guide holes (100) and is pressed tightly between an inner cooker edge (311) and the outer cooker edge (21). A connection part (322) of the inner cooker sealing ring (32) abuts against the outer wall (312) of the inner cooker so as to hoop the inner cooker sealing ring (32), and an air guide channel communicating the air guide holes (100) and the pressure chamber (20) is formed between the inner cooker sealing ring (32) and the outer cooker (2) opposite to the inner cooker sealing ring (32). The pressure regulation assembly (4) is arranged on the cooker body (1) and is in sealed communication with the air guide holes (100); and the pressure regulation assembly (4) is used for adjusting the pressure in the pressure chamber (20), or can convey air into the outer cooker (2) when the draining and steaming assembly (3) is removed, so as to lower the temperature of liquid in the outer cooker (2). The cooker lid (5) is sealed and covered on the inner cooker (31) by means of a cooker lid sealing ring (53), or can be sealed and covered on the outer cooker (2) by means of the cooker lid sealing ring (53) when the draining and steaming assembly (3) is removed.
