Abstract:
Disclosed is a cool flame spraying apparatus, comprising a feeding pipe (4) provided with a feeding screw rod (3), wherein an upward metal-powder drop opening is provided in an inner end of the feeding pipe (4), a metal-powder drop channel is provided between the metal-powder drop opening and a hopper (5), a switch device that can make the channel close and open is arranged in the metal-powder drop channel, an outer end of the feeding pipe (4) is in communication with a firework spraying pipe (7), and the bottom end of the firework spraying pipe (7) is connected to a switch valve (10). In the apparatus, the feeding screw rod is arranged in the feeding pipe, such that the spraying speed is increased; the switch device is arranged in the metal-powder drop channel, such that the quantity of metal powder entering the feeding pipe is more precise; and rapid spraying can be reliably realized.
