Abstract:
A cooling-air discharging structure of a rotor in a magnetically levitated blower comprises a rotor (1), an impeller (2), an air inlet channel (3), and a fairing (4). The rotor (1) is fixedly connected to the impeller (2). The impeller (2) is disposed in the air inlet channel (3). A rotation gap (10) is formed between the impeller (2) and the air inlet channel (3). The fairing (4) is fixed to an upper end surface of the impeller (2). A cooling through-hole (11) is provided in an axial direction of the rotor (1). A heat dissipation cavity (21) is provided in an axial direction of the impeller (2). The heat dissipation cavity (21) communicates with the cooling through-hole (11). Multiple ventilation holes (41) are provided on a circumferential wall of the fairing (4). The ventilation holes (41) communicate with the heat dissipation cavity (21). The fairing facilitates the discharge of cooling air used to cool the impeller, and prevents dust at an upper end of the air inlet channel from falling into the impeller. Ventilation holes arranged in a ring are provided at a side surface of the fairing, so as to cause the cooling air to flow out from the fairing and directly flow into a fluid component as a working medium. Since the cooling air also flows out from the side surface, the cooling air does not collide with air flowing in from the upper end of the air inlet channel, thereby preventing an impact on flow rate and efficiency.
