Abstract:
The present invention relates to copper-carbon combined powder, in which particles of copper powder and graphite powder are combined together by means of a given binder, thereby removing a segregation phenomenon of the mixed powder and enabling physical properties such as flowability, etc. to be improved, wherein the copper-carbon combined powder comprises a plurality of copper-graphite combined particles, wherein the copper-graphite combined particles comprise: particles of copper powder; particles of graphite powder for improving lubricity as a slide material after sintering; and a binder which combines the particles of the copper powder and the particles of the graphite powder, wherein the binder is positioned between the plurality of copper-graphite combined particles to serves as a lubricant having a function of improving the flowability of the copper-graphite combined powder.
