'l'he cores, usually, can be solid or constituted by a plurality of metallic bladcs (mallcable iron) of proper configuration and juxtaposed one to the others.
Such way of obtaining the core, in many cases, may not completely fulfill the requirements of facility of obtainment and of hou sing, by tains into account the set from which the coil that is assembled in the core will be part of. thugs, the improvement, object of the present pioneer patent, aims at obtaining a core easy of being obtained and that causes the coil to be formed with efficiency proper for fulfilling the requirements of the equipment to which its is purposed.
Having in view the hereinbefore mentioned problems, and with the purpose of overcoming the same and aiming at fulfilling the listed objective, it has been developed the core, object of the present pioneer patent, whose construction, operation and advantages are hereinafter descri bed, based upon the attached drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows schematically the core, scen late rallyand in section; Figure 2 shows the core in plant.
In compliance with the illustrations of the figures hereinbefore listed, the core, object of the present pioneer patent, is part of the electrical coils for the most diverse applications, within the field of the electrical equipment as a whole and substantially comprised: by core (1); and by wdnding (s) (10) properly wdnded in the core.
In the present improvement, the core 1 is a coil constituted by a winded steel plate hoop provided with a diametrical crack (2), extended from one side to the other side and from one end to near to the other end of the coil, by forming the two first core parallel and substantially semi-cylindrical sections (3), separated by the crack and in which the win dings are assembled (10); and a second section of cylindrical core (4), that interconnects mentioned semi-cylindrical sections (3); said core in shape of coil has its layers substantially placed orthogonal to the magnetic flux.
'the core's constitutive coil is obtained by means of
resources of Ml domain of the industry, which include mediums for winding the steel hoop; mediums for fixing the coil in its final configuration; me diums for diametrically cutting the coil after the same has been formed; and mediums for axially holing the second section of the coil.
'Ibis way of constructing and obtaining the core makes the same of easy manufacture and proper for various applications in the electrical equipment industry, particularly when the coil, which is winded in the core, is purposed to be placed in housing that has space limitation, such as, for instance, a cylindrical or similar housing. lt shall be also highlighted the placemcnt of the core layers in the shape of coil substantially orthogonal to the magnetic flux, which propitiates a new arrangement for the latter to circulate.
Within the basic construction hereinbefore described, the core, object of this pioneer patent, might have changes relating to materials, dimensions cmd constmctive details without leaving the sphere of the requested protection Yet within this same concept, optionally, the referred second section of core (1) has an axial hole (5), extended as from its free top face, opposite to the first sections of the core (3), to the crack bottom (2), placed between these two latter and purposed to the windings'electrical feeding cable (10) pass.
