Abstract:
A coupler uncoupling control mechanism, comprising an uncoupling cylinder (4), a push cylinder (3), and a control assembly (1). The push cylinder (3) is connected to a first valve body (2), the first valve body (2) comprising a first air inlet (201a) which may be connected to a train main air pipe (11), a first air outlet (201b) in communication with the first air inlet (201a), a second air inlet (202a), and a second air outlet (202b) in communication with the second air inlet (202a), the first air outlet (201b) being in communication with an air inlet cavity of the push cylinder (3), the second air inlet (202a) being in communication with an air outlet cavity of the push cylinder (3). The control assembly (1) comprises a second valve body (101), the second valve body (101) being an air control valve, the second valve body (101) comprising a third air inlet (1011a) which may be in communication with a train uncoupling air pipe (12), a third air outlet (1011b) in communication with the third air inlet (1011a), and a first control port (1012) which is capable of controlling air flow between the third air inlet (1011a) and the third air outlet (1011b) after being triggered, the third air inlet (1011a) being in communication with an air intake (401) of the uncoupling cylinder (4), the first control port (1012) being connected to the first air outlet (201b) of the first valve body (2). The coupler uncoupling control mechanism ensures the smooth uncoupling of an electric coupler.
