Abstract:
A report position can be specified by a simple operation even when an emergency report is received from a mobile telephone represented by a cellular phone. A crisis management system comprises a cellular phone having a function of receiving the radio wave from a GPS satellite, calculating the coordinates of the position measuring system of the cellular phone and transmitting the coordinate data, a coordinate converter capable of receiving the coordinate data of the position measuring system from the cellular phone and converting the data into the coordinate of the geodesic system, and a report management center capable of receiving the coordinate data of the geodesic system from this coordinate converter.
