Title:
CRYSTALLIZATION AND STRUCTURE OF PEPTIDE DEFORMYLASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2002002758
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
Staphylococcus aureus peptide deformylase has been crystallized, and the three-dimensional x-ray crystal structure has been solved to 1.9 ANGSTROM resolution. The x-ray crystal structure is useful for solving the structure of other molecules or molecular complexes, and designing modifiers of peptide deformylase activity.
