Abstract:
This culture apparatus is provided with: an outer box; an inner box disposed inside the outer box; a plurality of shelf plates which are disposed inside the inner box in a vertical direction, and which have substances to be cultured placed thereon; and a door for opening/closing an opening formed in a front surface of the outer box and the inner box. Both side plates of the inner box are provided with: a plurality of shelf supports upon which both side parts of bottom surfaces of the plurality of shelf plates are respectively placed; and a plurality of stoppers which are provided to the plurality of shelf supports such that, among the shelf supports located next to each other in the vertical direction, the upper shelf supports restrict movement, in the vertical direction, of the shelf plates placed upon the lower shelf supports. Both side parts of the plurality of shelf plates are provided with a shape which curves back and forth in accordance with the shape of the stoppers provided to the upper shelf supports, when the shelf plates are in state of being placed upon the lower shelf supports.
