Abstract:
Provided are a culture vessel and a culture vessel-using method, which make it possible to simulate a cellular response in a manner close to the response in vivo and which enable collection of a secreted fluid from cells at a high concentration. A culture vessel 1 is provided with: a supply port 22 for supplying a liquid containing cells; a main flow path 21 connected to the supply port 22; a culture space 3 which is at least partially located in the main flow path 21 and which is for culturing the cells being supplied; a recovery port 24 for recovering a secreted fluid from the cells cultured in the culture space 3; a connection path 5 for connecting the culture space 3 and the recovery port 24; and a separation part 40 that is located in the connection path 5 so as to be adjacent to the culture space 3 and that is for separating the secreted fluid from the cells.
