Claims

[1] A cup supporting unit for supporting a cup, wherein the cup supporting unit comprises a lower support (6), an upper support (1), and a connection frame (2) connecting the lower and upper supports such that the cup supporting unit is coupled with a lower portion of a cup.

[2] The cup supporting unit according to claim 1, wherein the lower support has a circular coupling recess (3), an anti-slide portion (4) is formed on a bottom of the lower support, and the connection frame (2) connects the lower support with the upper support (1).

[3] The cup supporting unit according to claim 1, wherein the upper support is formed as much as 1/3 of the lower support in a circumferential direction with the same width as the lower support, and the connection frame is formed at a center of the upper support and connected to the lower support.

[4] The cup supporting unit according to claim 1, wherein the lower support has a bottom designed to be coupled with an absorber (7), the lower support has a fixing cavity formed therein to be coupled with a fixing part of the absorber, the absorber has the same size as the bottom of the lower support, and the absorber includes a fixing part (9) formed at a center upper position of the absorber to prevent separation of the absorber from the lower support and a grip (8) formed on the absorber to allow detachment of the absorber after the absorber is absorbed to a ground for prevention of sliding

[5] The cup supporting unit according to claim 1, wherein contact portions (11) with a semicircular shape are formed inside a coupling recess of the lower support at opposite positions with the same size such that the contact portions are formed with the same height as the coupling recess, and a contact portion is also formed on the upper support with the same size as the contact portions of the coupling recess and with the same height as the upper support, whereby the contact portions are contacted with lower and upper portions of a cup placed on the cup supporting unit, wherein a discharge hole is formed in the lower support below the coupling recess.

[I] The present invention relates to a cup supporting unit for supporting a cup. Background Art

[2] Generally, a cup may be used together with a support. In this case, the support is designed to support just a bottom of the cup, so the support cannot fix the cup. In addition, the cup supported by the support may be easily shaken or deviated therefrom, so contents in the cup may come out of the cup. Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem

[3] The present invention is directed to providing a cup supporting unit, which has a lower support coupled with a bottom of a cup to fix the cup and an upper support for supporting an upper portion of the cup to some extent, thereby ensuring the cup to be stably fixed against an external impact, together with allowing the upper and lower supports to be coupled with the cup according to the shape of the cup. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [16] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a cup supporting unit according to the present invention.

[17] Referring to FIG. 1, the cup supporting unit has a lower support 6 into which a lower portion of a cup may be coupled to some extent. The lower support has a circular coupling recess 3 that is coupled with the lower portion of a cup, and an anti-slide portion 4 is formed on a bottom of the lower support. The cup supporting unit also has an upper support 1 and a connection frame 2 that connects the upper support 1 with the lower support.

[18] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a cup to be coupled with the cup supporting unit.

[19] Referring to FIG. 2, a lower portion of a cup is indicated with slashes, which will be coupled into the lower support.

Seeing (a) of FIG. 5, the contact portions are formed inside the coupling recess at opposite positions to each other, and a contact portion is also formed on the upper support with the same size. In addition, the discharge hole is formed below the coupling recess.

[26] Meanwhile, (b) of FIG. 5 is a side view showing the cup supporting unit. Seeing (b) of FIG. 5, the contact portions are formed with the same height as the coupling recess, and also the contact portion of the upper support is also formed with the same height as the upper support, so the contact portions are contacted with lower and upper portions of a cup placed on the cup supporting unit. Also, the discharge hole is formed in the lower support below the coupling recess, so water or other impurities in the coupling recess may be discharged out through the discharge hole.

[30] Referring to FIG. 7, the lower support is configured such that its bottom may be coupled with an absorber 7. The absorber has the same size as the bottom of the lower support. The absorber includes a fixing part 9 formed at a center upper position of the absorber to prevent separation of the absorber from the lower support, and a grip 8 formed on the absorber to allow detachment of the absorber after the absorber is absorbed to a ground for prevention of sliding. In more detail, a fixing cavity 10 is formed inside the lower support at a center position of the cup supporting unit, and the fixing cavity 10 may be coupled with the fixing part. So, the fixing cavity prevents separation between the absorber and the lower support.

[31] FIG. 8 shows that the absorber is coupled with the lower support.

[32] Referring to FIG. 8, the absorber is coupled to a bottom of the lower support, and the fixing part is coupled to the fixing cavity. Industrial Applicability

[33] The cup supporting unit according to the present invention may fix a cup stably against an external impact since the upper and lower supports fix the cup doubly and the anti-slide portion is formed thereon.
