Claims A cup having case and handle is specified with: a capacity is located in a case. It h'as~convex bottom with hole and external surface thereof is proper of case internal surface, it's able to slip thereon and rotable around horizontal axis executed into the case. The capacity is rigid onto said axis which is gone throughout dish handle. The handle is rotable on guide, which is leaned on the case. One end of arched controller is gone throughout the axis, and a cover executed on capacity bottom hole is fixed on another end thereof. Capacity and controller rotary mechanism is: located in the handle, controlled by handle rotation, connected to capacity axis and controller end, and specifies three positions - capacity bottom is directed down and hole is open, capacity bottom is directed up and hole is locked with the cover, capacity end is locked with case wall and the cup is locked with capacity wall. |
An invention relates to table accessories, particularly cups.
It is known a cup having a case and a handle, its lack is: when cup filled with liquid is moved the liquid can be spilled and cooled late.
A technical result of invention is cup functional ability growing and usage simplification.
The technical result is achieved by that: a capacity is located in a case. It has convex bottom with hole and external surface thereof is proper of case internal surface, it's able to slip thereon and rotable around horizontal axis executed into the case. The capacity is rigid onto said axis which is gone throughout dish handle. The handle is rotable on guide, which is leaned on the case. One end of arched controller is gone throughout the axis, and a cover executed on capacity bottom hole is fixed on another end thereof. Capacity and controller rotary mechanism is: located in the handle, controlled by handle rotation, connected to capacity axis and controller end, and specifies three positions - capacity bottom is directed down and hole is open, capacity bottom is directed up and hole is locked with the cover, capacity end is locked with case wall and the cup is locked with capacity wall.

The cup comprises: a capacity 4 located in a case 1 and having convex bottom 3 with hole 7. Capacity external surface is proper of case internal surface, it's able to slip thereon and rotable around horizontal axis 2 executed into the case. The capacity 4 is rigid onto said axis 2 which is gone throughout dish handle; the handle 5 rotable on guide, which is leaned on the case 1. One end of arched controller 6 is gone throughout the axis 2, and a cover 8 executed on capacity bottom hole 7 is fixed on another end thereof. Capacity 4 and controller rotary mechanism 9 is: located between handle 5 and case 1 , forced on the controller 6 end, controlled by handle 5 rotation, connected to axis 2, and specifies three positions - capacity bottom is directed down and hole is open, capacity bottom is directed up and hole is locked with the cover, capacity end is locked with case wall and the cup is locked with capacity wall.
In controller and capacity rotary mechanism 9, which is gone throughout capacity 4 axis 2 and forced on controller end comprises controller propelling stem 10 rigid on the controller 6. On the stem an arrow 11 and spring 12 are forced. The spring is forced on controller propelling stem 10 by an end, and by another end it is forced on the arrow 11. Controller propelling stem 10 is placed in arrow 11 switch 13 dent connected to a denticle 16 with axis 15 went out disk 14 rigid on capacity 3 axis 2. The denticle 16 is engaged with denticle 17 rigid in handle guide 18 so, that able to roll around the denticle 17. The handle 5 is forced on guide 18 leaned on the case, and consolidating cuff 19 is located between them. The handle 5 has a pin 20 on which the disk 14 is forced. Rotary mechanism is screwed with a screw 21. Between the axis 2 and cup case 1 and the controller 6 and axis 2 the consolidating cuffs 22 and 23 are provided to exclude spilling liquid from the cup.
The cup is used by following way: controller and capacity rotary mechanism 9 is moved by rotating handle 5, cup external capacity 4 is rotated; capacity bottom 3 is rotated in cup case 1 , at the same time the hole 7 is opened automatically by opening cover 8, liquid is flow therein and convex bottom 3 is filled. After filling by rotating handle in opposite direction the hole 7 is locked automatically with cover 8 and convex bottom 3 with gotten part of liquid is placed on cup end. In the next position by rotating handle 5 the cup capacity 4 is rotated so, that capacity bottom 3 is directed down, the hole 7 is open and the cup is wholly open, then, by rotating handle 5 capacity end is locked with case wall and the cup is sealed with capacity wall.
At will the cup makes able to cool fast hot liquid (tea, coffee, milk, etc.) existed therein, when liquid is separated; or on the contrary, it is possible to keep liquid in hot condition, at covered cup usage. With capacity wall sealed cup usage is able at its transportation, as well, because liquid spilling is excluded at the moment. The cup can be used at fast food, in vehicle and for baby food.
