Abstract:
A cutting apparatus for vibration reduction and cooling, comprising a frame (10), a cutting mechanism (20), and a clamping mechanism (30). The cutting mechanism (20) comprises a moving assembly and a cutting assembly (23), and the cutting assembly (23) is driven by means of the moving assembly to move to a preset position to cut a workpiece. The clamping mechanism (30) comprises a base (31) and a clamping assembly (32), and a cooling loop (32111) is formed in the clamping assembly (32). By introducing a cooling liquid, on the one hand, the clamping assembly can be cooled, and on the other hand, the impact force generated by the flowing of the cooling liquid acts on the clamping assembly to counteract the vibration of the clamping assembly, thereby ensuring the clamping stability to improve the cutting quality and the cutting precision. Also provided is a cutting method.
