Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of natural medicine and pharmaceutical chemistry, and in particular relates to a cycloartane tetracyclic triterpenoid compound (I), a preparation method therefor and the medical use thereof. Pharmacodynamic experiments prove that the compound of the present invention has a pharmacological activity on heart and cerebral vessels and is used to prevent or treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and coronary heart disease.
