Abstract:
A damping device (1) for a robot base, comprising a support (3) disposed transversely. A plurality of angle iron (2) is arranged inside the support (3); a plurality of fixing blocks (9) is arranged on the two sides of the support (3); two connecting holes (14) are formed inside the fixing block (9); two telescopic rods (16) are arranged on the two sides of the fixing block (9); a spring (7) is provided on the sidewall of the telescopic rod (16); two connecting heads (10) are arranged at the two ends of the telescopic rod (16); a pin hole (15) is formed inside the connecting head (10); a connecting block (4) is provided at one end of the telescopic rod (16); a plurality of movable plates (8) is arranged on one side of the connecting block (4); a transmission shaft (11) is provided inside the connecting block (4); an idler wheel (5) is provided at one end of the transmission shaft (11); a plurality of rollers (6) is arranged inside the idler wheel (5); a plurality of threaded holes (12) is formed in the sidewall of the idler wheel (5); two bolts (13) are arranged at the two ends of the roller (6). During using, the spring has a buffering effect on the support, and therefore, a robot can be prevented from being damaged when moving on an uneven road surface.
