Abstract:
A knowledge tracking model device for predicting a correct answer probability of a user on the basis of data augmentation according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a problem-solving data storage unit for storing problem-solving data in which a problem solved by a user and the user's answer to the problem are mapped; a data augmentation performing unit for receiving the problem-solving data from the problem-solving data storage unit and converting the problem-solving data so as to generate augmented data; a normalization performing unit for receiving the augmented data from the data augmentation performing unit and performing a normalization operation using a normalization loss function determined according to a performed data augmentation method; and a model training unit for inputting the augmented data to a knowledge tracking model, training a weight indicating a relationship between a problem-solving record included in the augmented data and a correct answer probability of the user, and training the knowledge tracking model that predicts a correct answer probability of the user for a specific problem on the basis of the weight.
