The present application provides a delay measurement method and apparatus, capable of saving signaling overheads. The method comprises: a first communication device receives a data unit from a second communication device, the data unit comprising time information, and the time information being used for indicating a first moment when the second communication device sends the data unit, wherein the time information indicates the first moment on the basis of some of bits of a frame number; the first communication device determines a delay from the second communication device to the first communication device according to the first moment and a second moment, the second moment being the moment when the first communication device receives the data unit.
