Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a system for reducing the possibility of cargo handling conflicts occurring. [Solution] In the present invention, a delivery assistance system is configured comprising: a delivery destination information acquisition unit that acquires delivery destination information including a package to be delivered to each of a plurality of delivery destinations; a base information acquisition unit that acquires base information, including the positions of a plurality of bases from which a delivery vehicle that delivers the package departs, and the processing capacity of the delivery vehicle for each base; and a delivery plan creation unit that, on the basis of the delivery destination information and the base information, creates a delivery plan in which the delivery vehicle for each base does not simultaneously handle cargo at the same destination.
