In order to easily provide information pertaining to dental care for a medical examinee from a physician so as to be able to promote communication between the physician and the medical examinee, a dental care information management system (100) is configured to: receive, from a physician-side terminal (200), oral cavity state information indicating the state in the oral cavity of the medical examinee and selection choice information indicating selection choices of medical care items to be proposed to the medical examinee, and store said information in a medical examinee information DB (130) in association with the medical examinee; identify the medical examinee using an access-source medical examinee-side terminal (300) in accordance with access from the medical examinee-side terminal; and transmit, to the medical examinee-side terminal (300) and together with the oral cavity state information of the medical examinee, medical care items to be proposed to the medical examinee selected from the selection choices indicated by the selection choice information on the basis of the selection choice information and the oral cavity state information of the identified medical examinee stored in the medical examinee information DB (130).
