Abstract:
A detection device and detection method for a main acoustic index of a multi-beam sonar, which relate to the technical field of marine surveying and mapping. The detection device comprises: an anechoic pool, wherein a rotating device and a lifting device are installed in the anechoic pool; a multi-beam transducer is installed at a bottom end of the rotating device, and a plane of rotation thereof is perpendicular to the direction of a track line and is emitted in the horizontal direction; a standard hydrophone is installed at a bottom end of the lifting device, and a signal acquisition device is connected to the standard hydrophone; frequency, sound source level and beam angle of the multi-beam sonar may be detected by means of the anechoic pool, as well as the lifting device and the rotating device, and by using the standard hydrophone to receive a pulse signal which is emitted from the multi-beam sonar, as well as by using the multi-beam sonar to receive a standard sound source signal, and by designing a detection process to acquire data and by analyzing and studying the same. The present invention ensures the reliability, accuracy and credibility of a multi-beam sonar, fills a gap in said field, and provides reference for detection by other marine measuring instruments and equipment.
