Abstract:
A detection device including a substrate, a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements arrayed on the substrate, a semiconductor layer, and a gate electrode opposite to the semiconductor layer, the detection device having: a plurality of transistors provided respectively corresponding to the photoelectric conversion elements; and first and second electrodes that are opposite to each other with an insulating layer therebetween and that are provided between the substrate and the photoelectric conversion elements in a direction perpendicular to the substrate, wherein the first electrode has a plurality of main parts respectively overlapping with the photoelectric conversion elements, and connection parts connecting the main parts adjacent to each other, the second electrode is formed in an island shape for each of the photoelectric conversion elements, the first electrode is in the same layer as the gate electrode, and the second electrode is in the same layer as the semiconductor layer.
