Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for applying a coating, wherein said device includes the following members: a hopper (1) with a feeder-doser (2) and a mixing chamber (3); means for supplying a working gas to a mixing chamber (5) and to a feeder-doser (4) connected to a gas source (6); and a spraying head (7) that comprises an annular collector (8), an annular supersonic nozzle (9) and a rotating device (10). The rotating device has the shape of a ring and presents an axial symmetry relative to the central axis of the spraying head (7); the rotating device is further connected to and communicates with the annular supersonic nozzle (9). The axis of the annular rotating device (10) is an extension of the central axis of the annular supersonic nozzle (9) and is oriented at an angle of 90° ± 5° relative thereto. The outlet section of the annular rotating device (10) is oriented in a direction opposite to the central axis of the spraying head.
