Disclosed are a device for assembling a cell into a housing, a battery cell assembling device, and a cell assembling method. The device for assembling a cell into a housing comprises a housing fixing mechanism (200) provided on one side of a housing feeding mechanism (300); the housing feeding mechanism (300) is located between the housing fixing mechanism (200) and a cell fixing mechanism (400), the housing feeding mechanism (300) comprises a housing feeding mechanism body (301) and an XY floating slider, and two ends of the XY floating slider are respectively connected to a main power mechanism (100) and to the housing feeding mechanism body (301) to drive the housing feeding mechanism body (301) to freely slide relative to the main power mechanism (100) so as to adjust the relative position of the housing (500) and the cell (600); and the main power mechanism (100) drives the housing fixing mechanism (200) and the housing feeding mechanism (300) to move, and the housing (500) is sleeved on the outside of the cell (600). By means of the device, damage to the cell caused by the housing is avoided.
