Abstract:
A device for coating RTV anti-fouling flashover coating on ceramic or glass umbrella-type and bell-type insulators, comprising a main machine frame (1), a machine head rotating frame (7), a deceleration frequency modulation motor (8), and an insulator quick-fit connector (9); the machine head rotating frame is rotatably connected to the main machine frame by means of a rotating-angle shaft and the bearing supports (4) at the two ends thereof, the deceleration frequency modulation motor being fixedly arranged on the machine head rotating frame, and the output end of the deceleration frequency modulation motor being connected to the insulator quick-fit connector. The advantageous effects thereof are: the quality of dip-coated ceramic or glass insulators of different specifications is stable, and the surface thereof is glossy and bubble-free, there is no build-up or dripping of the coated layer, and thickness is uniform; during the coating process, VOC emissions are low, and production is environmentally friendly and safe; the dip-coating is highly automatised, operation is easy, and the device can be used to implement industrialised automated coating of RTV anti-fouling flashover coating onto ceramic and glass insulators, saving substantial costs.
