Abstract:
In the present invention, a first die (21D) is filled in the given order with: a first layer mixed powder (100F) that is a mixture of a basic metal powder and a low-melting-point lubricant powder and that has a small average particle size of the basic metal powder; a second layer mixed powder (100S) having a large average particle size of the basic metal powder; and a third layer mixed powder (100T) that has a small average particle size of the basic metal powder. A first applied pressure is applied to each layer mixed powder, molding an intermediate powder compact (110), the intermediate powder compact (110), which has been heated, is set in a second die (41D), and a second applied pressure is applied, thus molding a high-density three-layer-structured powder compact.
