A device and a method for processing point cloud information are disclosed. A device for processing point cloud information, according to one disclosed embodiment, comprises: a point cloud information acquisition unit for acquiring three-dimensional point cloud information about a three-dimensional space; an additional information acquisition unit for acquiring a first image and a second image obtained by photographing at least a part of the three-dimensional space, and photography coordinates of each of the first image and the second image; and a processing unit for processing the three-dimensional point cloud information into an actually measured scale by performing a calculation between the scale of the three-dimensional point cloud information and the actually measured scale on the basis of the first image, the second image and the photography coordinates.
