Provided are a device for rotating a liquid jetting head wherein the configuration is simplified and manufacturing cost is reduced, while maintaining printing accuracy, a liquid jetting recording device and a method for filling the liquid jetting recording device with a liquid.  A rotating device (60) is provided with a rotating unit (62) having an inkjet head (10) attached thereto, and a base unit (61) which rotatably supports the rotating unit (62).  The rotating unit (62) is provided with a rotating plate (63) which is rotatably supported to the base unit (61) by means of a rotating shaft (69), and a sliding mechanism (65), which is slidably supported in the radius direction of the rotating shaft (69) with respect to the rotating plate (63) and has the inkjet head (10) attached thereto.  The sliding mechanism (65) is formed to slide on the rotating plate (63) with the rotation of the rotating plate (63).
