Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for supplying a metal powder raw material for three-dimensional printing such that a metal raw material for three-dimensional printing, which is a mixture of metal powder and a polymer binder, is supplied into a three-dimensional printing nozzle head of a three-dimensional printer, the device comprising: a raw material storing hopper member mounted on the three-dimensional printing nozzle head so as to store a metal raw material for three-dimensional printing therein, a raw material discharge portion being provided on the lower portion of the raw material storing hopper member so as to introduce the metal raw material for three-dimensional printing into the three-dimensional printing nozzle head; a raw material transferring screw member which is installed inside the raw material storing hopper member to be able to rotate in an upright position, and which has a helical blade portion provided on the outer peripheral surface thereof so as to discharge the metal raw material for three-dimensional printing downward to the raw material discharge portion; and a screw rotating machine for rotating the raw material transferring screw member, wherein a metal raw material for three-dimensional printing, which is a mixture of metal powder and a polymer binder, is evenly mixed and efficiently supplied into the three-dimensional printing nozzle head such that, during three-dimensional printing using a metal raw material comprising the metal powder, the defective ratio is minimized, and a metal product required to have excellent mechanical properties and a high degree of precision can be molded through the three-dimensional printing.
