Abstract:
[Problem] To enable the selection of a more desirable cell for a terminal device in an environment in which beamforming is performed. [Solution] Provided is a device equipped with: an acquisition unit that acquires first reception power information indicating the reception power in a terminal device of a reference signal for measurement transmitted by a target base station using a weighting set for beamforming, and second reception power information indicating the reception power in the terminal device of a reference signal for measurement transmitted by another base station using a weighting set for beamforming; and a control unit that, on the basis of the first reception power information and second reception power information, calculates the reception quality in the terminal device of the reference signal transmitted by the target base station.
