The present invention belongs to the technical field of cement clinkers, and provides a dicalcium silicate - calcium sulphoaluminate - calcium sulphosilicate cement clinker, and a preparation process therefor. The cement clinker comprises the following components: 20-50 wt.% of calcium sulphoaluminate, 24-50 wt.% of calcium sulphosilicate, 10-35 wt.% of dicalcium silicate, and 2-10 wt.% of free gypsum. The cement clinker comprises a proper amount of calcium sulphoaluminate mineral, which can ensure that the clinker has a high early hydration speed and a high early strength; the prepared cement clinker has a relatively high content of calcium sulphosilicate and a relatively low content of belite, also contains a certain amount of free gypsum and has good grindability, such that energy and mechanical loss required by clinker crushing can be significantly reduced; and the preparation process is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, which contributes to achieving carbon emission targets.
