Abstract:
Further provided is a digital twin control system for an aluminum electrolysis cell. A twin equivalent model is constructed on the basis of an aluminum electrolysis cell; a resistance value of an anode equivalent circuit resistor in the twin equivalent model is calculated according to a process parameter; each anode current, each upright post bus current, each bridging bus current, each cathode steel bar current and a cell voltage are calculated by taking a series current as a constraint and according to the twin equivalent model, the resistance value of which has been determined; and a control policy is determined by taking the highest efficiency and the lowest energy consumption as optimization targets and according to a cell voltage of the electrolysis cell and each anode current which are acquired in real time, and the cell voltage of the electrolysis cell and each anode current which are obtained by performing calculation, and the control policy is transmitted to an electrolysis cell control system, so as to implement optimal feeding control. The problem of being unable to achieve a design target since a process parameter and a control policy cannot be combined to perform the optimal control in a traditional method is avoided.
