Abstract:
A direction calculation device (100) includes: a direction calculation unit
(101) for calculating a sensor direction and a GPS direction; a recording unit
(102) for accumulating/recording a positive change amount or a negative change
amount of the sensor direction change amount for each predetermined sampling
cycle; a detection unit (103) for detecting the sampling time when the positive
or negative change amount is stabilized and begins to be continuously recorded
for a predetermined number of times as a first time and detecting the sampling
time when the accumulated values of the positive change amount and the negative
change amount from the first time have become equal as a second time; a comparison
unit (104) for comparing the GPS directions and the sensor directions at the first
time and the second time; a correction amount deciding unit (105) for deciding
a correction amount by using the comparison result; and a corrected direction
calculating unit (106) for calculating a corrected sensor direction by using
the correction amount.
